WE’RE HIRING
We’re always looking for talented teammates. Summer staff roles typically last 5–9 weeks, though please note we give priority to staff who can work the full summer season. Everyone is required to attend orientation before campers arrive.

Youth who 1) are about to finish 12th grade, 2) have previously been an LIT with us, and 3) will be 18 by the time camp starts can choose whether to attend Amplify this summer as LITs or apply to work as staff.

REFERRAL BONUS
If you refer a friend and we end up hiring them for camp, you will get $500 added onto your contracts!

LOYALTY BONUS
All general staff (i.e., not a member of the leadership team) receive an additional $100 for every year they’ve previously worked at Amplify (maxes out at 5 years, i.e., $500). For example, if you worked with us at Amplify in 2019, 2021, and we hire you on again for 2022, at the end of summer 2022 you’ll receive a $200 LOYALTY BONUS!

Having a great team means welcoming members no matter where they’re from. If you’re coming to us from another country, we’ll help work with you to secure your J-1 visa—and we’ll even help cover associated fees 😉
